These SOPs apply to all candidates, contractors, and employees working with Entalogics.
1. Recruitment & Hiring Process
Entalogics follows a structured and fair recruitment process to select qualified professionals for our projects and teams.
Our hiring process typically includes:
- Application submission through our official channels
- Resume and portfolio screening
- Technical and/or interview evaluation
- Final selection based on skills, experience, and project needs

2. Engagement Types & Work Models
Entalogics offers multiple engagement models depending on the nature of the project and business requirements.
We hire under the following models:
- Project-based contracts
- Hourly engagements
- Monthly salary-based roles
- Long-term or short-term assignments
The engagement type, duration, workload, and compensation structure are determined based on:
- Project scope and complexity
- Client requirements
- Skill level and experience
- Mutual agreement between both parties
All terms are discussed and finalized before the start of any work.
3. Application & Candidate Consent
By submitting an application to Entalogics, candidates agree to the collection and use of their information for recruitment and evaluation purposes.
We may collect:
- Full name
- Email address and contact details
- Resume and professional background
- Portfolio or work samples
This information is used strictly for recruitment purposes and is not shared with third parties without consent. Candidates may request correction or deletion of their data at any time by contacting Entalogics.
4. Selection & NDA Requirement
Shortlisted candidates are notified after successful evaluation.
Before starting any project or employment with Entalogics:
- Final terms are shared and confirmed
- Candidates are required to review and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Work officially begins only after agreement completion
This ensures confidentiality, professionalism, and protection of both company and client interests.
5. Onboarding & Start of Work
Once selected and agreements are completed, Entalogics provides a structured onboarding process.
This may include:
- Project briefing and role clarification
- Access to tools, systems, and communication platforms
- Assignment of reporting channels and supervisors
- Definition of milestones and deliverables
Team members are expected to begin work only after official onboarding confirmation.
6. Code of Conduct & Professional Ethics
All team members are expected to maintain high professional standards.
This includes:
- Respectful and professional communication
- Ethical behavior in all business dealings
- Responsible use of company and client resources
- Maintaining confidentiality of work and information
- Avoiding conflicts of interest
Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind is not tolerated.
7. Intellectual Property & Work Ownership
All work created during engagement with Entalogics, including but not limited to:
- Source code
- Designs
- Documents
- Content
- Tools and deliverables
is the exclusive property of Entalogics or its clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reuse, resale, or distribution of such work is not permitted without prior written approval.
8. Performance, Payments & Reviews
Entalogics ensures fair evaluation and timely compensation.
This includes:
- Performance reviews based on quality, communication, and deadlines
- Payment schedules as agreed before project start
- Milestone-based payments for project work
- Periodic reviews for salary-based roles
Any changes in compensation or scope are communicated and documented in advance.
9. Exit & Termination Process
Engagement may end upon project completion, resignation, or termination as per agreed terms.
The exit process includes:
- Formal notice and confirmation
- Handover of work and documentation
- Return or revocation of system access
- Final settlement of payments
Confidentiality and intellectual property obligations continue to apply after the end of engagement.
10. Updates & Contact
Entalogics may update these SOPs from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes.
