Project Overview
Social media is broken. Users are spread across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn — switching between apps, drowning in ads, and seeing algorithmic feeds that show them everything except what they actually follow.
Sociall's vision was simple but technically ambitious — one app for all your social platforms, with full control over what you see. No ads. No suggested posts. No algorithmic noise. Just the content from the people you actually follow, across every platform, in one place.
We built the Sociall iOS app using Chromium embedded inside a React Native shell — giving users a native mobile experience while rendering each social platform's web interface with full ad blocking and content filtering applied at the browser level. The result is a mobile app that feels native, performs smoothly, and gives users a level of control over their social feeds that no individual platform would ever allow.
